 Post here about Direct Source USA
You can let us know who you are and the details of
being ripped off by Dominic Navarra and Direct
Source USA. Any information is helpful. If you

My Story
I had a long time customer of mine in the market
for a new copier. Alright! We spent about two
weeks negotiating and finally determined that a
refurbished high speed copier was in order. I
got a deposit and set off to find a cherry Ricoh
Aficio 1065 SP model. I found one from a compant
called Direct Source USA. Dominic Navarra the
owner of Direct Source told me he had one and it
had just 0ver 100K. Great I'll take it! I sent
him a check for $2,300.00 with shipping and it
was a waiting game. I waited and waited and
called. No answer. I did recieve a smart #@&
remark via e-mail that he was going to overnight
it. Well a couple more weeks went buy and I had
enough. My long time customer was soon to be my
ex long time customer and I found a cherry 1075
SP model and grabbed it up. Still with no answer
from Dominic Navarra I check SMARKA and sure
enoigh this guy had done this same thing to many
other copier companies. If they did get the
machine it was trash. I still have no idea where
my $2,300.00 is at but I can tell you that the
Orlando PD is going to find out. If you ever get
an e-mail or fax from this guy, DELETE it or tear
it up! Buyer Beware...Only buy from reputable
companies.
